I have just had delivery of my new demonstration Wedding Photography Album. I’ve wanted to put a new one together to reflect my current work for quite some time but durring the busy Wedding season its difficult to find the time. With the upcoming Westcountry Wedding Show I felt it was time to get it organised.

I choose one of my favourite weddings from this year to have printed. Rhiannon & Stuarts Wedding which took place at Boringdon Park, Plymouth back in September. I felt that because of the great light we had on the day this wedding would really shows off the double page spreds these bespoke albums offer, not something you can get printed from the comercial online printers.

This Album is a Folio Fine Art Album, with a Wedgwood Eco Leather Cover. Since I last has a Folio album made there have been lots of different options added to the range. They were a very new company when I ordered my first album and they have come a long way in a short time. They are 100% british, (a lot of other high end albums are from Australia) This makes the customer service far better and much more personal and also the turn around is much faster. All the materials are UK sourced and they take their green credentials very seriously which is reflected through out the whole process, even down their shipping and packaging. No polystyrene or bubble wrap used. Its is all recycled cardboard used very inventively to prevent any damage durring transit . New for this album is the much softer ‘Eco Leather’ which feels and smells amazing, it has to be seen to be believed. For me the real eye catching upgrade is the Laser Etched names on the cover which is so clean and crisp its looks fantastic.  It also has the Folio standard fine art paper which again you can really feel the quality off. Over all this album is a very different option to the big glossy albums, you commonly see now. It offers something very unique, its extremely tactile and very subtle, has an edge of modern and classic once you have one you won’t want to put it down.
